Do you have your Health Identification card issued by Foreign Countries Operations?

If you have a SERVICE CONNECTED DISABILITY recognized by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs AND you are a resident of Canada you are entitled to medical care for your SERVICE CONNECTED disabilities.  However you must have prior approval.  To properly register, Contact Foreign Countries Operations, Veterans Affairs Canada, at 1-888-996-2242 or (613) 996-2242
